YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Your membership is personal. Punch cards and monthly memberships cannot be transferred, shared with, or used by others.
Please update any changes to personal information, such as name, address, email, phone number, bank details, etc., in the customer system. The membership is binding for both parties for the specified period.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
You can book classes up to 4 weeks in advance.
If you are unable to attend a class, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the class start, otherwise, you will lose one class credit or incur a fee of 45 DKK if you have a subscription. In case of a no-show, the fee is 100 DKK for subscription members and one class credit if you have a punch card.
WAITLIST
If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens for you up to 24 hours before a class, you will receive an automatic email notification. Remember to remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend the class. If you get a spot but no longer want to attend, it will be considered a late cancellation if you don't follow the cancellation deadline.
If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens for you up to 24 hours before a class, you will receive an automatic SMS and email notification. The waitlist is deactivated 24 hours before the class starts. After that, you can keep an eye on whether a spot becomes available.
PUNCH CARDS
All punch cards are valid for 12 months – for both group classes and personal training. When booking a class, one punch is reserved from your punch card. If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the class starts, your punch will be returned to your card.
If a late cancellation spot is taken by another customer, the used punch will be returned to your punch card.
SUBSCRIPTION – 3, 6, or 12 MONTHS
When purchasing one of our pre-paid monthly memberships, you pay the full amount upfront and can train up to 4 times a week during the purchased period.
The membership will continue automatically unless you choose to cancel it at the end of your subscription period. Late cancellations incur a fee of 45 DKK, or 2 days of the period you have purchased. In case of a no-show without cancellation, the fee is 100 DKK. Our memberships can be paused (effectively extended) during vacations for at least 7 days.
ONGOING MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
If you choose an ongoing subscription, you pay once a month (automatically via the payment card linked to your profile). You commit to the first 6 months, and then the membership continues until you cancel it. Cancellation must be made with one month's notice from the purchase date via email to your studio. With an ongoing subscription, you can train up to 4 times a week. Late cancellations incur a fee of 45 DKK, and a no-show incurs a fee of 100 DKK. Our ongoing subscription can also be paused.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Must be canceled no later than 4:00 PM the day before the appointment; otherwise, it will cost one class credit.
CHANGES IN PRICES AND MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Hollÿ’s Pilates reserves the right to change prices. These changes will, of course, be notified in a reasonable time via our website and an email to our members.
TRAINING AND STAYING AT THE STUDIO
All training and stays at Hollÿ’s Pilates are at your own risk. This applies to both members and guests. During training, you must always wear training clothes and socks with anti-slip grips (Toesox). These can be purchased at the studio. Mobile phones must be on silent during training. If you're expecting an important call, inform the instructor. Equipment and facilities must be cleaned up after each class, and each machine should be set to a neutral position.
CHANGES TO – AND CANCELLATION OF CLASSES
Hollÿ’s Pilates reserves the right to change opening hours, class schedules, class times, instructors, and the availability of classes. Changes will be displayed continuously in the class schedule, and if they are permanent, we will notify you on our website and social media. Additionally, Hollÿ’s Pilates may cancel classes or change the instructor/class type up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time if fewer than four people are enrolled in a class.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are in a physical condition that allows participation in activities at Hollÿ’s Pilates. If in doubt, check with your doctor or physiotherapist.
PERSONAL DATA / INFORMATION / NEWS
When you register, you give permission for Hollÿ’s Pilates to process and store your information, as well as contact you by phone, email, and SMS. This is a good idea so we can reach you if there are any changes to a class you're enrolled in or if you are on the waitlist and get a spot just before the class.
PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEO
Hollÿ’s Pilates takes photos of the classes, including participants. By being a customer and participant, you have consented to this in advance and agree that Hollÿ’s Pilates owns the rights to these images and can use them for marketing purposes. This also applies to any videos. Customers may take photos of themselves or ask the instructor to take photos, but approval must be obtained from other participants if they are in the images.
RETURN POLICY ON PRODUCTS OTHER THAN MEMBERSHIPS
There is a 14-day return policy on training clothes, balls, rollers, mats, and other products purchased at the studio. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
