Transform your body with pilates. Dedicate two to three classes a week for your body and mind and let us guide you the entire way.
Classic Reformer
FOCUS ON YOUR STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, COORDINATION, AND BALANCE.
This class is for you if you're looking for effective pilates training at a moderate pace, on the reformer machine. On the reformer, you use your own body weight combined with resistance training, which both challenges and supports the control of your core. If you attend these classes regularly, you'll quickly feel and see how your body tones.
Fit & Shape Reformer
TONE ABS, GLUTES, THIGHS, AND POSTURE
Fit & Shape Reformer is the class where we focus specifically on toning abs, glutes, thighs, and posture. The class is at a moderate to high pace, working both deeply with the muscles and increasing fat burning. You can expect to be challenged in endurance, increasing muscle strength through varied repetitions, so we can effectively tone the body.
Original Reformer
Original Reformer is an intensive class - following the exercise sequence that Joe Pilates intended for the reformer. We can guarantee that you will feel a difference in your body, you will break a sweat, and be challenged in your endurance. This class is not suitable as a trial class, as the exercise sequence is worked through in a flow, where you need to be familiar with adjusting the springs and making quick equipment changes.
Power Reformer
POWER REFORMER IS THE CLASS WHERE YOU GET YOUR HEART RATE UP.
We work on strength and conditioning at a fast pace. The heart rate, mood, and music are high. In the power class, we use the jumpboard for jump sequences, ensuring a sweaty and very effective workout. If you haven’t tried reformer training before, we recommend attending a classic reformer class before diving into a power reformer class.
Fit & Flexible Reformer
FOR THOSE WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH REFORMER PILATES
Focus on your mobility and three primary areas: hamstrings, hips, and back. The class combines the classic elements from our "Fit & Shape" class with challenging flexibility exercises. Both your body and mind will be challenged in this class, which consists of a warm-up to prepare the nervous system and create body connection, familiar Fit & Shape exercises focusing on muscle tension, and finally, long, challenging stretches designed to increase your mobility. This class is for those who are familiar with reformer pilates and want to enhance their abilities both on and off the reformer.
Advanced Reformer
FOR THOSE WHO ARE FAMILIAR WITH PILATES REFORMER
This class is for those who want to be challenged with more technically demanding exercises, where the focus is on body control and awareness, breathing, strength, balance, and endurance. This class is for those who are familiar with the classic exercises on the reformer and are eager to try advanced variations that require focus, concentration, and core strength.
Trainee Reformer
FREE PARTICIPATION IN THIS CLASS
Trainee Reformer classes are conducted by instructors in training who have completed all necessary schooling. Participation in the class is free (please remember to cancel 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee of 100 DKK), but participants are required to provide constructive feedback after the class.

We offer one-on-one sessions, or you can choose to bring a training partner and book a duet session. In a personal session, we dive deep into your focus areas and work purposefully to achieve your goals. Get even better results from focused training, with you at the center.
Mat & Tower
BEGINNER AND INTERMEDIATE CLASS
Matwork is a class on the mats where we work with Joseph Pilates' original sequence of 22 exercises. The series is designed to strengthen the entire body and provide more mobility. You can expect a class that will get your heart rate up, as there are no breaks between exercises, which are performed in a set rhythm. This class will show you the deep and foundational work that is the cornerstone of the entire Pilates system. The tower is used throughout to refine technique and help us achieve more 'pure' movement.
